Tired of the daily grind and constant travel between city life and the mountains, Kerry made a life-changing decision in 1999 to settle in the Mount Washington Valley after a successful career in technology in Boston and Portland. She began her local career in real estate, quickly building a reputation for results and client care. In 2003, she stepped back from the workforce to focus on family and community, channeling her energy into nonprofit work and volunteer leadership. A decade later, she returned to real estate with renewed purpose and deepened roots in the Valley.
Kerry brings a unique blend of business acumen, local insight, and heartfelt commitment to her work. Her extensive community involvement includes directing the “Get A Running Start” women’s road race and serving on numerous nonprofit boards, including the Mount Washington Children’s Museum, Starting Point, Arts Jubilee, the Lilliputian Montessori School, North Conway Public Library, the MWV Housing Coalition, Eastern Slope Ski Club, and the New England Nordic Ski Association. She currently serves on the fundraising committee for the MWV Habitat for Humanity.
As a mother of two and an engaged community member, Kerry offers invaluable perspective to clients looking to relocate or find a vacation retreat. Whether it’s insight into schools, outdoor recreation, or the region’s cultural offerings, Kerry prides herself on helping clients feel connected and confident in their decisions. She understands the significance of buying or selling a home and works tirelessly to make the process seamless, drawing on her deep network, local expertise, and a results-driven mindset.
A graduate of Saint Michael’s College in Vermont, Kerry is licensed in both New Hampshire and Maine. When she’s not working, she’s enjoying life in the Valley with her family, friends, and two doodles—often on the golf course or trails.
